Worked in nuclear power and automotive industries; started Nelson & Company in 2006.
Hobbies: Erika loves boating, fishing, kayaking, hiking, forcing her family to play board games, her dog, and riding around on a tractor.
John Nelson
Vice President
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering – University of Florida
Has worked in sales for HVAC manufacturers, with a manufacturer’s representative and started Nelson & Company in 2006. Married since 1993 and has three wonderful daughters.
Hobbies: John likes to spend time with the family, hunting and fishing.
Anthony Luciania
Principal & Service Manager
Graduated from the Florida Builders Association in 2012. Providing excellent HVAC service since 2008.
Joined Nelson & Company in 2019.
Hobbies: Loves fixing literally anything, when he is not off having adventures with his beautiful wife Kindal, and their amazing son and daughter.
Mike Androlevich
Service Supervisor
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - University of Florida Retired Air Force where he got to launch rockets into space, and has been performing HVAC work for over a decade. He considers himself an HVAC nerd and loves what he does.

Hobbies: In his free time, Mike enjoys fishing and hunting and spending time with his daughter and rescue pup, Emoji.

Accounting Associate
Over 30 years experience in accounting, mostly working with non-profits and in government. Joined Nelson & Company in December 2022.
Hobbies: Enjoys spending time with her son paddle boarding, hiking, fishing, biking, or playing at the beach. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, and painting.

Went to trade school in Texas and have been a commercial service technician since graduating. Joined Nelson & Company in July 2023

Started in 2014 with Nelson & Company Certified Carrier Chillers, Dunham Bush, Desert Aire, Friedrich, and many more.

Sade' has honed her expertise in customer service and automotive parts sales over the past 15 years, with 10 of those years spent in management. Sade' has developed a passion for problem solving and fostering strong business relationships.

Hobbies: Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and being in nature, as well as engaging in crafting and creative pursuits. Additionally, she volunteers and contributes to serving her community in her free time.

Casey brings to the company 15 years of administrative and accounting roles.

Hobbies: When not working, Casey enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking care of and enjoying time with her many fur babies. She loves music, walking, hiking, and exploring state parks. Her favorite thing to do is shelling on the beaches with her husband Marc.

I was a cooling tower technician for a year before joining Nelson & Company as a first year apprentice.

Hobbies: Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and dog. I also enjoy motorcycle rides and anything to do with cars.
Fernando Ledesma
Applications Engineer III – North Florida
He began his career as a Level 1 Technician with a regional mechanical company. Over the years, he’s gained hands-on experience working with OEM leaders such as Trane and Daikin in their controls divisions. He graduated from Independence High School and earned his HVAC technical training and certifications from CPCC and EGP.

Hobbies: Enjoys bicycling, hiking and fishing with his family, especially when traveling to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Christine "Chris" McEldowney
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
After a successful career in banking, Chris is beginning an exciting new chapter with Nelson & Company, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable. Joined Nelson & Company in 2025.

Grew up in Chicago Il, Graduated HS in Illinois from Lincoln Way East in 2022. Moved to Florida in 2022. Joined Nelson & Company in 2022.

Currently enrolled in his second year of the NEFBA apprenticeship program. Mike has been in the trade for three years and is loving everything about it. Joined Nelson & Company in November 2025.
Hobbies: Mike loves spending time with his daughter and fiance, and anything on two wheels, from motorcycles to bicycles. Another fun fact, he's been a professional arm wrestler for 12 years.
Theophilus Ominabo
Controls Support Engineer - North Florida
Graduated from Jacksonville University with an Electrical Engineering degree. Theo has experience working with a variety of engineers and has experience in the manufacturing environment with pneumatics, hydraulics, and sensors. He also has experience testing and repairing circuit boards. Joined Nelson & Company in November 2023.
Hobbies: When not working, Theo loves to play soccer, dance, and teach dance. He also enjoys solving problems.

He’s spent nearly a decade in the HVAC industry, starting with Goodman Distribution/Daikin in 2015 before moving to Georgia for new opportunities with Re Michel Company and later Mingledorff’s Distribution. Known for his customer service and residential HVAC expertise, he’s passionate about helping clients find the right solutions.

I am a dedicated provider with over 25 years’ experience in the Building Automation and HVAC Industry. My work history has consisted of federal government ESCO, grade schools k-12, private- public universities, and private sector new construction and retrofit projects.

Travis Trescot
HVAC Controls Technician—North Florida
Travis spent over 10 years in Facilities at Florida State College at Jacksonville, where he also put himself through the college’s HVAC program, graduating in 2017. He worked in HVAC maintenance and Building Automation Systems while at FSCJ, and also contributed to major mechanical projects at the Mayo Clinic, NAS Jax, Mayport Naval Station, and Kennedy Space Center.
